Temperature & Plastisol Recommendations

For best results when pouring the Meduza 3.6" Urchin:

• Recommended Plastisol Temperature: 315°F – 340°F (157°C – 171°C)

• Ideal Plastisol Type: Salt Water Hard Blend, Hard, to Medium Hard to maximize tentacle movement and lifelike action

• Preheating the Mold: Lightly preheat the mold to improve flow into the fine tentacles and reduce air pockets

• Injection Tips: Maintain steady pressure to ensure all 25 tentacles fill completely

• Additives: Consider using softener or worm oil to enhance flexibility and action; salt can be added for weight but may slightly reduce tentacle movement
